Fashion, Religion, and Dance Dance Revolution:

Looks like its going to be a good week! Somehow, I’m working everyday from 7-3pm consecutively between Forever and Urban. Friday will be the only day I’ll pull a double shift but I have two hours in between this time instead of two and every other afternoon this week will be occupied with activities of my own choosing. Also, it looks like I’ll be hanging out with different friends everyday through Tues-Thursday after work. Oh, joy!

I suppose this is good for me. Lately I have been working extremely hard, with both jobs giving me an insane work schedule, and some personal time off spent with friends will do me good. I haven’t had much time for social interaction and it’s been very lonesome these past couple weeks.
The transition at Forever from a Recovery Specialist to a Visual Merchandiser is almost complete. I now do multiple interior mannequins and the Accessories Window every week. I have photos that I post on my Twitter and Instagram account. I choose one set to feature in depth for critiques open to the public on Facebook and Tumblr so if you see the notes I post, feel free to put in your two cents! Or five if you choose to do so. As far as thins are going with church and my personal matters with religion, it’s been a little so-so.
As I previously stated in my notes on Tumblr and Facebook, I’m going to my friend’s church. The past couple sermons though, I’ve been having to go on my own because he is visiting other churches with friends and family. Anyway, this past sermon, I spoke to the children’s youth pastor, assuming he’d be the least intimidating since he associates with small children, and the moment I opened my mouth to speak, I found myself unable to do so and instead, I burst into tears. I had to sit down for a brief moment until I was able to pull myself together and speak. After a long discussion, Kenneth is his name, and I agreed to address this issue. He called me brave for approaching him and seeking help. I liked that.
I met up with my ex, Sean, not too long ago for lunch. I always enjoyed his company so I decided to catch up with him and it wen’t really well. I told him what’s been going on and he said if things were to get difficult, or more so than they already are, and money gets tight, he is only a phone call away. I fought really hard to resist from crying at that moment but I was so thankful to hear this. I’ve also been speaking to this fella I met at the bars in Dallas. He’s really cool! And nerdy too. I cannot believe I finally met another individual who enjoys DDR as much as I do. When I was in high school, I played this game religiously. I would be one of those guys in the arcade, equipped with a bottle of water, hand towel, and dressed in exercise clothing as I’m dripping in sweat on the dance pads. Anyway, I’m kind of excited to get to know him a little more. He’s really cute.

Life, so far:

Has been pretty good.

As far as Forever XXI goes, I am moving towards the position of a Stylist more and more each week! Soooo excited. I’ve been taking more and more photos throughout the day so you should  totally check my Instagram and follow me if you have an account too! (Username: daviddoart)

Let’s see, anything else? Nothing really, just working hard to pay off fees and get my ass back into school!
